The Music Division holds manuscript scores by and connected with Clara Schumann. This page outlines those holdings and includes holograph scores, manuscript scores with annotations by Schumann, manuscripts with inscriptions to Schumann, and facsimiles.
Most of Clara Schumann's music manuscripts are held at the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin (Berlin State Library) and the Robert-Schumann-Haus, Zwickau. While most of her manuscripts are found in Germany, the Music Division holds several holograph manuscripts by Schumann (manuscripts in her hand). For a complete listing of Clara Schumann's manuscripts and their locations, see her Catalogue of Works in Nancy Reich's Clara Schumann: The Artist and the Woman.
