D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals

The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit is based at the E. Barrett Prettyman U.S. Courthouse in Washington, D.C. This court provides appellate review of cases tried in the United States District Courts within the geographic area of its jurisdiction, which includes the District of Columbia and federal administrative agency cases.
