Articles are often good sources for additional information. They can be helpful for researchers looking for information about a contract—was it awarded, when it was awarded, who won the contract, etc. They also help those looking for advice on becoming a contractor or are looking at their potential competition. The databases included here are for those looking for different pieces of information related to contracts and contracting and not because contracting opportunities can be found in them.
These are just a few of the sources the Library subscribes to that can be of assistance but there are others. If you need assistance submit a question via Ask a Librarian. The subscription resources marked with a padlock are available to researchers on-site at the Library of Congress. If you are unable to visit the Library, you may be able to access these resources through your local public or academic library.
