As specified on the website, "Contracts whose estimated value is $10,000 or more. Every modification to that contract, regardless of dollar value must be reported to FPDS-NG."
The GSA states that these reports are "a reliable basis for measuring and assessing the impact of Federal acquisition policy and management improvement."
