Bibliographies of Kosovo Newspapers

Below are the sources that were used to verify bibliographic information for newspapers from Kosovo. The first source consulted is the Library of Congress Online Catalog, but printed bibliographies also are useful. The Library does not hold any periodical bibliographies devoted solely to Kosovo, so a researcher must use bibliographies of Serbian, Albanian, or former-Yugoslav periodicals to piece together information. Particularly helpful for titles published in B/C/S is Srpska štampa, 1768-1995: istorijsko-bibliografski pregled by Milica Kisić, but the Yugoslav national bibliography (Bibliografija Jugoslavije: Serijske publikacije) for the years it covers, is the most complete source for both languages in Kosovo.
