In Ohio, the judiciary has three general levels. The trial court level is made up of the Courts of Common Pleas, the Court of Claims, Municipal Courts, and Mayor's Courts. The Ohio Court of Appeals is the intermediate appellate court of Ohio. The Ohio Supreme Court is the highest court in Ohio.
