Constitution

The U.S. Virgin Islands have not adopted a constitution. In 2020, voters approved a referendum directing the Legislature of the U.S. Virgin Islands to convene a constitutional convention for the purposes of adopting all or part of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands as the U.S. Virgin Islands Constitution.
