In addition to the the Leonard Bernstein Collection and related special collections, the Music Division holds archival correspondence and essays by Bernstein, cataloged under the call number ML95.B486. Additionally, the ML95.B486 call number can extend to correspondence about Bernstein or his music, as seen in the Abe Cohen and Phillip Lambro correspondence included at the end of this list. These items were purchased for the Music Division's collections after the arrival of the Leonard Bernstein Collection at the Library of Congress and were not added to the special collection.
