The Tracer Bullet program officially ended in 2018. The Science Reference Service continued to produce new reference guides in the program until 2013. After 2013, research specialist librarians continued to update the reference guides online, as needed. Greater emphasis was placed on finding reliable sources of online information for subjects. At the same time many universities also began producing online guides, which filled a gap for college students.
The following Tracer Bullets were produced between 2011 and 2013. In 2013 the publication went to online only, and guides were updated in-situ until 2018. As the entire Library of Congress website is available on the Internet Archive, links are provided to the archived copy.
