The pamphlet collection on Ethiopia contains approximately 1,100 entries, spanning from 1920s till 2000s and covering a wide range of subjects such as agriculture, art, culture, economy, education, geography, history, medicine, music, politics, religions, etc. The focus of the collection are pamphlets, but it also includes some bibliographies, book reviews and serials.

The collection is organized by subject. Each article is identified by a specific number assigned to it. Given a certain subject, the articles and pamphlets are organized alphabetically by the author's name. The librarian will assist the researcher when the user submits a slip with the specific subject and the number assigned to it. The user is advised to take advantage of the alphabetical arrangement of the authors of the pamphlets.
