This reliable and up-to-date source of OECD quarterly balance of payments and international merchandise trade statistics provides a detailed insight into the most recent trends in trading patterns for OECD countries with the rest of the world. Balance of payments data are presented adjusted for seasonal variations. International trade data are broken down by country. The series shown cover data for the last ten quarters and two years available. This quarterly publication is divided into three parts: I. Balance of payments and international trade, II. International merchandise trade by country and III. International trade in services (annual data). The third part is a special topic which changes with each publication.--

The World Trade Statistical Review provides a detailed analysis of the latest developments in world trade. It will be produced on an annual basis and replaces International Trade Statistics, the WTO's former annual statistical publication.

The site offers information on the policies and programs of the Asian Development Bank, which has a mission to reduce poverty in the Asia and Pacific region. The site also includes links to ADB publications as well as statistical data.
China National Bureau of Statistics External
The official government agency of China responsible for compiling and recording national statistics. The site is in Chinese with a link to the English version.
Data | Federal Reserve System
The official site of the Federal Reserve Board provides publications and educational resources as well as statistical releases and historical data, inclusive of foreign exchange rates and international summary statistics.
FAOSTAT (UN Food and Agriculture Organization) External
FAOSTAT provides free access to food and agriculture data for over 245 countries and territories and covers all FAO regional groupings from 1961 to the most recent year available.
Foreign Trade Data (U.S. Bureau of Census.)
This web site provides statistical data on U.S. international trade, state trade, U.S. trade in goods by country, country and product trade data and offers links to other foreign trade products.
IMF Data External
"The IMF publishes a range of time series data on IMF lending, exchange rates and other economic and financial indicators. Manuals, guides, and other material on statistical practices at the IMF, in member countries, and of the statistical community at large are also available."
International Trade and Tariff Data (WTO) External
This web page provides access to a statistics database with interactive access to the most up-to-date WTO trade statistics; the annual International Trade Statistics publication; comprehensive tariff data as well as country trade profiles, regular statistical reports and working papers. Links to national statistical offices, other national sources, international organizations and other statistics and economic information can also be found here.
Market Analysis Tools (International Trade Centre) External
ITC’s Market Analysis Tools provide users with export and import statistics of more than 220 countries and territories so they can better understand supply and demand trends for about 5,300 internationally traded products. ITC has developed five online tools — Trade Map, Market Access Map, Investment Map, Trade Competitiveness Map, Procurement Map, Export Potential Map and Sustainability Map — that collectively help improve international-trade transparency and enable companies and trade support institutions to identify export and import opportunities and compare market-access requirements. The tools help policymakers monitor national trade performance and prepare for trade negotiations.

OECD.Stat External
Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Statistics portal provides wide range of key statistics for its member countries and major additional countries through its products such as OECD.Stat Extracts, OECD Factbook, Country Statistical Profiles, etc. Much of the data can be freely accessed on this web site and a lot more is available on subscription basis onsite at the Library of Congress.

Trade and Markets Statistical Data (UN Food and Agriculture Organization) External
FAO provides a Food Price Monitoring and Analysis Tool, FAO Food Price Index, and Comprehensive data on agricultural production and trade, including long time-series on agricultural resources, production, inputs, supply utilization and trade flows.
Trade Map (International Trade Centre) External
Trade Map provides data in the form of tables, graphs and maps, indicators on export performance, international demand, alternative markets and competitive markets, as well as a directory of importing and exporting companies. Trade Map covers 220 countries and territories and 5300 products of the Harmonized System. The monthly, quarterly and yearly trade flows are available from the most aggregated level to the tariff line level.
Trade Statistics (International Trade Administration)
Provides data on U.S. exporting companies, jobs supports by exports, top training partners, etc.
Tradestats Express (International Trade Administration)
Offers access to online trade datasets. Users may retrieve, visualize, analyze, print and download customized output for U.S. national merchandise exports, imports, trade balances and U.S. state and regional exports of merchandise.
Trade Weighted Dollar Index (U.S. Federal Reserve) External
The database provides a daily weighted average of the foreign exchange value of the U.S. dollar against a subset of the broad index currencies that circulate widely outside the country of issue.
UNCTADstat External
The statistics portal of the UN Conference on Trade and Development offers more than 150 indicators and statistical time series essential for the analysis of: International trade, economic trends, foreign direct investment, external financial resources, population and labor force, commodities, information economy, creative economy and maritime transport.
USA Trade Online
USA Trade Online is a dynamic data tool that gives users access to current and cumulative U.S. export and import data that is updated on a monthly basis.
WTO Data External
"The WTO Data portal contains statistical indicators related to WTO issues. Available time series cover merchandise trade and trade in services statistics, market access indicators (bound, applied & preferential tariffs), non-tariff information as well as other indicators."

The United Nations Commodity Statistics Trade Database provides data for over 140 reporting countries, in some cases, spanning the last 40 years. The database is the UN official source for imports, exports and re-exports, for 90% of world trade. Users can select countries, products, years and measurements (values are in US dollars and quantities in net weight). Commodities are arranged by both Harmonized System (HS) and Standard International Trade Classification (SITC). Also includes textual information on countries and customs areas. Updated monthly and annually.
